L波段6路功率合成器的设计

摘要 为满足微波射频领域功率合成的技术要求,设计并研制了1款新型的L波段6路同轴-波导功率合成器。利用电磁仿真软件对合成器的结构进行建模,优化仿真,加工制作合成器实物,并且对其进行测试。测试结果表明,在L波段(1300±10) MHz工作频段内,合成器的插入损耗小于0.3d B,回波损耗优于-20 d B,隔离度优于-22 d B,功率容量达5 200 W。这款合成器具有高频率、高功率、低损耗、高隔离度、易操作、低成本等诸多优势。 In order to meet the technical requirements of power synthesis in the field of microwave and radio frequency(RF),a new type of L-band 6-channel coaxial-waveguide power synthesizer is designed and developed.The structure of the synthesizer is modeled and optimized by using electromagnetic simulation software,and the synthesizer ismanufactured and tested.The test results show that the insertion loss of the synthesizer is less than 0.3 dB,the return loss is better than-20 dB,the isolation is better than-22 dB,and the power capacity is up to 5200 W in the L-band(1300±10)MHz operating frequency band.This synthesizer has many advantages such as high frequency,high power,low loss,high isolation,easy operation and low cost.
