基于全流程管理的血液透析信息系统设计与应用

The design and application of hemodialysis information system based on whole process management

针对血液透析治疗全流程如医务人员长期手工记录透析数据、医疗信息孤岛、患者就诊过程复杂等问题,根据患者、医生、护士和管理者的核心需求,结合线上互联网医院,提出基于全流程管理的血液透析信息系统。在公有云上基于微信小程序框架+Vat组件库+Java等技术构建线上互联网医院,并在院内导航模块融入相关算法;线下血透系统基于数据集成平台Rhapsody引擎和SSM框架利用Java、HTML5、JSP等完成了系统的开发。经过近10个月的迭代开发与应用,工作复杂程度大大降低,血透治疗全过程实现自动化、智能化、高效化,达到医患双赢的效果。

In order to solve the problems of whole process hemodialysis treatment,such as long⁃term manual recording data,information island,and complex treatment process,and according to the core requirements of doctors,nurses,patients,managers,and online hospital,it proposes a hemodialysis information system based on whole process management.Online internet hospital of basing on WeChat small program applet framework and Vat component library and Java technology is constructed on public cloud.It integrate related algorithms into hospital navigation module.The offline hemodialysis information system uses Rhapsody engine technology of hospital information platform,Java,HTML5,JSP of basing on SSM framework technology to complete the development.After nearly ten months of iterative development and application,it reduces complexity of work,and achieve automatic,intelligent and efficient treatment of hemodialysis.It improve the work efficiency of health care workers,and gives patients a good medical experience.
