摘要
以脱脂豆粕为原料,以环氧类树脂为交联剂,并用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)改性缩合单宁为增强剂制备大豆蛋白基木材胶黏剂,探究缩合单宁与PEI添加比例对胶合板胶合强度的影响,并对改性后大豆蛋白胶黏剂的微观形貌、热稳定性等进行表征和分析,探讨缩合单宁改性大豆蛋白胶黏剂的增强机理。结果表明:当胶黏剂体系中缩合单宁与PEI的质量比为2∶1时,胶合板的耐水胶合强度为1.06 MPa,与未改性的相比提高了360.8%,满足GB/T 9846—2015Ⅱ类板指标要求。该胶黏剂原料为可再生资源,且具有良好的耐水性,具有工业应用的潜力。
In this study,defatted soybean meal was used as raw material,epoxy resin was used as crosslinking agent,and condensed tannin modified by polyethyleneimine(PEI)was used as intensifier,in order to prepare soy protein-based wood adhesive.The effect of the addition ratio of PEI and condensed tannin on the bonding strength of plywood,and the fracture morphology and thermal degradation behavior of the obtained adhesive were characterized and analyzed.The enhancement mechanism of the modified soybean protein adhesive was explored.The results showed that when the mass ratio of condensed tannin and PEI in the adhesive system was 2∶1,the water-resistant bonding strength was 1.06 MPa,which increased by 360.8%compared with the unmodified one,and can meet the requirements of GB/T 9846—2015 Class-Ⅱplywood.The modified adhesive was made from renewable resource and had favorable water resistance,which has potential for industry application.
