摘要
通过构建AHP-SWOT模型,系统分析了商洛茶产业发展的关键影响因素。结果表明,商洛茶产业以WO战略为未来发展重点,应把握外部机遇、改善自身发展劣势。基于此,为更好地提升商洛茶产业的发展,应进一步加强政府扶持力度;抓住电商机遇,开拓销售渠道;提升核心竞争力,树立龙头企业。
Through constructing AHP-SWOT model,the key influencing factors of the development of Shangluo tea industry were systematically analyzed.The results showed that the WO strategy was the key for the future development of Shangluo tea industry,which should grasp the external opportunities and improve its own disadvantages.Based on this,in order to better improve the development of Shangluo tea industry,we should further strengthen the government support;seize the opportunities of e-commerce,develop sales channels;enhance the core competitiveness,and establish a leading enterprise.
