西安农产品冷链物流现状分析与信息共享平台的设计

Analysis on the Current Situation of Cold Chain Logistics of Xi'an Agricultural Products and Design of Information Sharing Platform

农产品是老百姓日常生活中不可或缺的食材来源,西安市民对农产品的需求量巨大,冷链物流是降低农产品流通损耗保障有效供给量的重要措施。但农产品流通链长,上下游企业信息不畅不仅会影响农产品流通效率同时影响消费者的购买决策、带来监管难题。文中从农产品冷链物流发展政策、市场需求以及冷链设备供给等方面分析了西安农产品冷链物流现状,提出现阶段西安市冷链物流在信息化方面还存在企业之间信息不畅、产品信息无法追溯导致消费者购买谨慎、流通信息不全导致政府监管困难等问题。在此基础上设计了面向全链企业、消费者和政府三方主体的农产品冷链物流信息共享平台框架,以期达到农产品物流过程可视化、农产品生命周期数据透明化、监管执法可追溯化的目标,提高冷链物流信息共享效率。

Agricultural products are an indispensable source of food materials in people's daily life.However,the long circulation chain of agricultural products and the poor information of upstream and downstream enterprises will not only affect the circulation efficiency of agricultural products,but also affect consumers'purchase decisions and bring regulatory problems.This paper analyzes the current situation of the cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in Xi'an from the aspect of agricultural products cold chain logistics development policy,market demand and cold chain equipment supply.It is proposed that at the present stage,the cold chain logistics in Xi'an still has some problems,such as poor information between enterprises,product information traceability due to consumers'purchasing caution,and government supervision difficulties due to incomplete circulation information.On this basis,this paper designs the framework of agricultural products cold chain logistics information sharing platform for the full-chain enterprises,consumers and the government.The platform helps to achieve the goals of visualization of agricultural products logistics process,transparency of agricultural products life cycle data,traceability of supervision and law enforcement,and improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics information sharing.
