摘要
为有效控制辽藁本根腐病,采用菌丝生长速率法测定10种药剂对辽藁本根腐病病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果,进行室内毒力测定并建立毒力回归方程,旨在为田间防效提供依据。结果表明,10种药剂中,10%苯醚甲环唑、3%噻霉酮、80%乙蒜素、1.8%辛菌胺醋酸盐的EC50分别为0.0173 mg/L、0.3186 mg/L、0.7366 mg/L和2.6932 mg/L,抑菌率都超过90%,可作为防治辽藁本根腐病的参考用药。
In order to effectively prevent and control root rot of Ligusticum jeholense,The hypha growth rate assay was used to determine the inhibition effect of 10 chemicals on the hypha growth of root of Ligusticum jeholense,the toxicity was measured in the laboratory and the toxicity regression equation was established.In order to provide basis for field efficiency.The result showed that all the 10 agents had different inhibitory effects on pathogenic bacteria.Among them,10%difenoconazole,3%thiamazone,80%allicin and 1.8%caprylamine acetate had the best antibacterial effect,and the EC50 value were 0.0173、0.3186、0.7366 and 2.6932 mg/L,inhibition rate were over 90%,they can be used as reference agent for field control.
