藏药翼首草乙醇提取物体外抗氧化活性研究

摘要 【目的】探究翼首草乙醇提取物的体外抗氧化活性。【方法】以翼首草的70%乙醇提取物为样品,采DPPH、ABTS、OH、总还原能力4个指标来全面评估其体外抗氧化活性。【结果】翼首草醇提物对DPPH、ABTS、OH清除率的IC_(50)值分别为翼首草醇提物的IC50值分别为(44.11±1.83)μg/mL、(250.74±4.90)μg/mL、(5.73±0.07)mg/mL;BHT的IC_(50)值分别为(0.97±0.02)μg/mL、(2.11±0.05)μg/mL、(323.80±9.98)mg/mL,可见虽然翼首草抗氧化活性略低于阳性对照BHT,但仍具有一定的作用,并且对羟基自由基的消除能力优于BHT。【结论】翼首草乙醇提取物具有一定的体外抗氧化活性,其效果低于BHT,但对羟基自由基的抗氧化活性优于BHT。 [Objective]To explore the antioxidant activity in vitro of ethanol extract from Pterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke) Heck.[Method] Seventy percent of ethanol extract from Myricaria gerynanica(L.) Desv.Was taken as a sample,and four indicators of DPPH,ABTS,OH free radical clearance rate and total reducing capacity were used to evaluate its anti-oxidant activity in vitro.[Result] The IC50 values of the ethanol extract from Pterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke) Heck.on DPPH,ABTS and OH clearance were(44.11±1.83) μg/mL,(250.74±4.90) μg/mL,and(5.73±0.07) mg/mL;those of BHT were(0.97±0.02) μg/mL,(2.11±0.05) μg/mL,and(323.80±9.98) mg/mL.It can be seen that although the antioxidant activity of Pterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke) Heck.is slightly lower than the positive control BHT,it still has a certain effect,and the elimination ability of hydroxyl free radicals is better than that of BHT.[Conclusion] The ethanol extract fromPterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke) Heck.has certain in vitro antioxidant activity,and its effect is slightly lower than that of BHT,but its effect on hydroxyl radicals is better than that of BHT.
