西南地区“三生”空间功能耦合协调发展水平及时空分异特征 被引量:2

On the Coordinated Development and Space-time Difference of PLES Function Coupling in Southwest China

摘要 三生空间功能耦合协调发展与三生空间功能关系互动是区域协调可持续发展与推进生态文明建设进程中亟需解决的问题。研究基于国土空间规划理论,通过构建三生空间耦合协调发展测度指标,结合耦合协调模型,定量测算2006、2009、2012、2015、2018年西南地区5省的三生空间功能及其两两间的耦合度和耦合协调度并进行空间比较和时序分析。结果表明:西南地区“生产”空间功能发展水平相对较高的为云南、四川和重庆,西藏和贵州相对较低。“生活”空间功能西南地区整体上发展水平相对较高,“生态”空间功能区域发展水平均处于增长波动状态。西南地区三生空间耦合度在时序特征上呈现由低耦合向高耦合发展的态势,2006—2018年,西南地区三生空间耦合协调度由低耦合转向耦合协调发展。 The coordinated development of the Production-Living-Ecological Spaces(PLES) function coupling and the interaction of the PLES function relationship are critical in the process of regional coordinated sustainable development and in the promotion of ecological civilization construction.Based on the theory of territorial and spatial planning,this paper quantitatively calculates the PLES functions of the five provinces in Southwest China in 2006,2009,2012,2015,and 2018 by constructing measurement indicators for PLES coupling and coordinated development,combing with a coupled coordination model.The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree between the two pairs are compared and analyzed in space.The results show that Yunnan,Sichuan and Chongqing have relatively high levels of “production” spatial function development in Southwest China,while Tibet and Guizhou are relatively low in this aspect.The overall development level of “living” space functions in Southwestern China is relatively high,and the development level of “ecological” space functions is in a state of fluctuation.The PLES coupling degree in the southwest region shows a trend of development from low coupling to high coupling in terms of time series characteristics.From 2006 to 2018,the PLES coupling coordination degree in southwestern China changed from low coupling to coupled and coordinated development.
