国际化都市的语言景观建设:社会文化价值、实践探索与实现路径——以西安市高新区为例

摘要 语言景观是社会公共空间的重要象征符号,是国际化城市语言与文化治理的直接表现,具有凝聚族群身份认同、彰显城市跨文化能力、昭示城市全球化愿景的社会文化价值。在推进具有历史文化特色的国际化大都市建设的过程中,西安市高新区的语言景观构建选择以多样的语言创设多元主体对话空间,以语码间的跨文化互文凸显商业气息,以规范译写实践对接国际标准,以挖掘语言记忆与文化精神继承历史、塑造价值,从而较好呈现出都市开放、时尚、包容与传承等特点。从根本上,我国都市语言景观建设应处理好全球与本土、政府与民间、传统与现代之间的关系,促进群体间的跨文化互动,活化城市文脉,最终推动具有国际化品质和中国特色的城市建设的高质量发展。 As an important symbol of public space and a manifestation of language and cultural governance of international city,Linguistic Landscape(LL) plays an imperative role in uniting different ethnic groups,highlighting the citizens' cross-cultural ability and revealing the vision of globalization of the city.In the process of building an international metropolis with historical and cultural characteristics,Xi'an High-Tech Zone,regarding its LL construction,creates a multi-agent dialogue space with different languages,highlights the commercial atmosphere with the cross-cultural intertextuality,forms international standards of translation,and excavates language memory and cultural spirit,thus showing the openness,fashion,and inclusiveness of the city.Accordingly,urban LL construction should fundamentally deal with the relationships between global and local,government and folk,tradition and modernity,so as to enhance the cross-cultural interaction,activating urban culture resources,and finally promote the high-quality development with international quality and Chinese characteristics.
