摘要
为节约装配式建筑建造成本,提高施工企业经济效益,将PC构件采购—运输—库存流程视为一个过程系统,基于JIT理论和零库存管理理论,从承包商视角对其成本构成进行系统分析,构建PC构件采购—运输—库存成本控制模型。针对模型特点,提出一种基于高斯变异的自适应樽海鞘群算法。结合实际案例,运用改进的樽海鞘群算法对模型求解,确定最低成本及其对应的采购方案,证明模型及改进算法的有效性与实用性。
In order to save the construction cost of prefabricated buildings and improve the economic benefits of construction enterprises,the procurement-transportation-inventory process of PC components is regarded as a process system.Based on JIT theory and zero inventory management theory,the cost composition is systematically analyzed from the perspective of contractors,and the cost control model of the procurement,transportation and inventory of PC components is constructed.According to the characteristics of the model,a Self-adaptive Salp swarm algorithm based on Gaussian mutation algorithm is proposed.Combined with actual cases,the improved salps swarm algorithm is used to solve the model,determine the lowest cost and its corresponding procurement plan,and prove the effectiveness and practicability of the model and the improved algorithm.
