摘要
南通港小庙洪上延航道工程(一阶段)是南通集装箱新出海口建设的重要组成部分,航道疏浚工程存在工期短、疏浚土处置区远、施工通航环境复杂、施工环保要求高等特点。根据工程施工条件和施工特点,提出了3个疏浚施工方案,并从施工技术难度、工程费用、对通航和环保影响等多方面开展了方案综合比选,推荐采用大部分吹填上陆+少部分外抛的方案。研究成果不仅为小庙洪上延航道工程疏浚施工提供了科学依据,也可为类似航道工程提供借鉴。
Phase Ⅰ of Xiaomiaohong upper extension channel project is an important part of the construction of new marine outfall of Nantong container transportation and the dredging of the navigation channel is characterized by tight dredging schedule,far distance of disposal area,complicated navigation environment,and high environmental protection requirements.Three dredging schemes were proposed according to the working conditions and the characteristics of the project,and the dredging schemes were comprehensively compared from the aspects of technical difficulty in dredging,engineering cost and influence on the navigation and environmental protection.Finally,a combined schemes of hydraulic fill to land for reclamation plus partial outbound dumping was recommended.The research results not only provide scientific basis for the dredging of Xiaomiaohong Upper Extension Channel Project,but also provide reference for similar waterway projects.
