基于BIM+GIS的沙溪大桥项目管理平台研发和应用

摘要 为解决传统工程项目管理模式下,进度、投资、质量安全等各类数据的统计分析极易出现错漏、统计错误等情况,各个管理环节也缺乏一个通畅、高效的沟通交流平台的问题,文章基于超图平台,采用建筑信息模型(BIM,Building Information Modeling)和地理信息系统(GIS,Geographic Information System)技术,设计开发了基于BIM+GIS的沙溪大桥项目管理平台,实现了基于BIM的进度、投资、质量、安全、文档等管理功能。采用微服务架构搭建分布式云平台,研究BIM与三维GIS融合集成以及BIM与工程项目编码关系等关键技术。本平台已应用于莆炎高速三明段沙溪大桥项目,应用实践表明,平台能达到项目状态及时反映、科学决策、迭代优化的项目管理目标,进而使工程项目管理与信息化进一步融合,持续提升工程项目的管理效率和管理水平。 Under the traditional project management mode,the statistical analysis of various data of progress,investment,quality and safety is prone to errors,omissions,statistical mistakes,etc.,and each management link lacks also a smooth and efficient communication platform.In order to solve the above problems,this paper,based on the Supermap platform,adopts the building information modeling(BIM) and geographic information system(GIS) technology to design and develop a BIM+GISbased Shaxi Bridge project management platform,which realizes BIM-based management of the progress,investment,quality,safety and documentation of the project.A distributed cloud platform is built by using the microservices architecture to carry out researches on key technologies of BIM and 3D GIS integration and relationship between BIM and project coding system.The platform has been applied to the Shaxi Bridge project in Sanming section of the Putian-Yanling Expressway,and the practice of application showed that the platform can achieve the project management goals of timely reflection of project status,scientific decision-making and iterative optimization,thus further integrating project management with informatization and continuously improving the management efficiency and level of a project.
