堆浸及池浸方法回收盐湖尾矿资源对比研究

Comparative Study on Recovery of Salt Lake Tailings by Heap Leaching and Pool Leaching

以罗布泊盐湖硫酸钾型浮选尾矿为原料、低矿化度卤水为溶剂,采用堆浸和池浸两种方法分别建成千吨级规模试验装置,对比研究以上两种方法对硫酸钾浮选尾矿中钾、镁、硫等资源的回收效果,获得了喷淋强度、浸出周期及液固比等试验数据。堆浸工艺具有良好的经济效益,在尾矿钾资源回收利用方面具有较好的应用前景,同时对推动青海、四川等地区低品位含钾固体矿开发具有较高的借鉴意义。

In this paper,using potassium sulfate type flotation tailings from Lop Nur Salt Lake as raw material and low salinity brine as solvent,two methods of heap leaching and pool leaching were used to build a 1000-ton scale test device respectively.The recovery effects of the above two methods on potassium sulfate flotation tailings such as potassium,magnesium,sulfur and other resources were compared and studied,and experimental data such as spray intensity,leaching cycle and liquid-solid ratio were obtained.The heap leaching process has good economic benefits,not only has good application prospects in the recovery and utilization of tailings potassium resources,but also has high reference significance in promoting the recovery and utilization of low-grade potassiumcontaining solid ores in Qinghai,Sichuan and other regions.
