复合微生态制剂对初生犊牛生长性能和血清抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 文章旨在研究不同剂量复合微生态制剂对初生犊牛生长性能及血清抗氧化指标的影响。试验将32头初生荷斯坦犊牛随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复1头牛。对照组不做额外处理,3个试验组在第2~12天每天分别在牛乳中混合添加3、6、9 g复合微生态制剂,13~60日龄在此基础上饲喂开食料。结果表明,与对照组相比,在初生犊牛日粮中添加6和9 g/d复合微生态制剂可以显著提高犊牛试验期末重,平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05);添加6和9 g/d复合微生态制剂可显著提高30和60 d犊牛血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平(P<0.05),显著提高60 d犊牛血清中总抗氧化能力水平(P<0.05);复合微生态制剂在犊牛日粮中的添加可以显著降低血清中丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,复合微生态制剂可有效提高初生犊牛生长性能和机体抗氧化水平;复合微生态制剂在犊牛1~30 d推荐使用剂量为6 g,31~60 d推荐使用剂量为9 g。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different doses of complex microecological preparations on growth performance and serum antioxidant indexes in newborn calves.A total of 32 newborn Holstein calves were selected for the experiment and randomly divided into 4 groups of 8 replicates each,with 1 cow in each replicate.The control group was not additionally treated and the three experimental groups were fed with 3,6 and 9 g of complex microecological preparation mixed with milk daily from the 2~12 day of age,respectively,and fed starter on this basis from the 13~60 day of age.The results showed that the addition of 6 and 9 g/d complex microecological preparation to the newborn calf diet significantly increased calf weight at the end of the test period,average daily gain and average daily feed intake compared to the control group(P<0.05);the addition of 6 and 9 g/d of the complex microecological preparation significantly increased serum glutathione peroxidase levels in calves at 30 and 60 d(P<0.05)and significantly increased total antioxidant capacity levels in calves at 60 d(P<0.05).The addition of complex microecological preparation to calf diets significantly reduced the serum malondialdehyde level(P<0.05).In conclusion,the complex microecological preparation can effectively improve the growth performance of newborn calves,and improve the antioxidant level of newborn calves;the recommended dose of the complex microecological preparation for calves is 6 g at 1~30 d and 9 g at 31~60 d.
