摘要
文章旨在探究日粮纤维对育肥猪生产性能、抗氧化性能及肉品质的影响。试验将192头健康、体重近似的外三元杂交育肥猪随机分为4组,每组6重复,每重复8头猪。试验在日粮中添加不同水平麸皮和玉米胚芽粕来调节纤维水平,对照组、试验组1~3的纤维水平分别为3.51%、5.16%、6.58%和8.08%。预试期5 d,正试期46 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,育肥猪日粮中添加6.58%的纤维可显著降低平均日采食量(ADFI)和料重比(F/G)(P<0.05);与对照组相比,育肥猪日粮中添加6.58%的纤维,血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力显著提高7.62%、5.02%,丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低7.32%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,育肥猪日粮中添加6.58%的纤维,猪肉的剪切力、失水率显著降低8.31%、11.93%,大理石评分和pH24显著提高3.62%、3.57%(P<0.05)。综上所述,育肥猪日粮中添加6.58%的纤维可显著提高其生产性能和抗氧化性能,并改善肉质。
This study was aimed to investigate the effects of fiber on growth performance,antioxidant capacity,and meat quality of finishing pigs.Total 192 healthy outer ternary crossbred finishing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups.Each group set up 6 replicates and each replicate had 8 pigs.Fiber levels were adjusted by adding different levels of bran and corn germ meal in the diet.The fiber levels of control group and experience groups 1~3 were 3.51%,5.16%,6.58%,and 8.08%,respectively.The trial period lasted for 46 days.The results exhibited as follows:compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake(ADFI)and the ratio of feed to gain(F/G)of finishing pigs were significantly down~regulated by adding 6.58%fiber(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity were raised by 7.62%and 5.02%,and the malondialdehyde(MDA)content was lowered by 7.32%when dietary fiber was added at 6.58%level(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the shear force and water loss rate of finishing pigs decreased by 8.31%and 11.93%,and the marbling score and pH 24 increased by 3.62%and 3.57%when dietary fiber was added at 6.58%level(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplementation with 6.58%fiber can significantly improve growth performance,antioxidant capacity and meat quality of finishing pigs.
