新农科建设背景下饲料产业人才培养路径研究

随着乡村振兴的全面推进,饲料产业人才与未来农业发展不匹配的问题日益凸显。新农科建设为饲料产业人才培养提供了新思路。文章着重研究新农科背景下饲料产业人才培养的必要性,对亟待解决的问题进行分析,提出新农科建设背景下饲料产业人才应从落实耕读教育、加强跨专业学科交叉融合和加强“产-教-研-习”结合3个方面入手,提升饲料产业人才“知农,爱农”情怀,提升饲料产业人才“强农,兴农”本领,提升饲料产业人才解决“三农”问题能力,进而完善饲料产业人才培养的途径,加快乡村振兴推进速度。
