摘要
为了提高手指康复的效果,缓解手指疲劳,提出了一种气动式手指训练系统的设计,该系统应用气动式控制的原理,通过气泵的充气和气阀的放气作为负载来驱动气动式可穿戴手套工作。实验结果表明,该系统具有效率高、精度高、操作简单、性能可靠等特点,能够以多种方式训练手指的灵活性,具有较高的实际应用和推广价值。
In order to improve the effect of finger rehabilitation and relieve finger fatigue,this paper proposes the design of a pneumatic finger training system.The system applies the principle of pneumatic control,and uses the inflating of the air pump and the deflating of the air valve as the load to drive the pneumatic wearable gloves.The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of high efficiency,high precision,simple operation and reliable performance,and can train the flexibility of fingers in a variety of finger training ways.It has good practical application value and high promotion value.
