摘要
在介绍变速箱原理的基础上,设计了试验系统的液压原理图,开发了基于LabVIEW的采棉机变速箱自动测试系统,可测试变速箱不同挡位与负载下的传动能力,满足实际测试需求。
On the basis of introducing the principle of the gearbox,the hydraulic schematic diagram of the test system is designed,and the automatic test system of the gearbox of the cotton harvester based on LabVIEW is developed.It can test the transmission capacity of the gearbox under different gears and loads,and meet the actual test requirements.
