智能温控预警系统设计与实现

摘要 物联网的普及使得用户对关键设备的温度提出了更高的要求,一方面要实时知晓设备温度,另一方面要对超阈值的情况做到及时预警,避免设备损坏造成财产损失。针对目前传统人工监测方法费时费力的问题,设计了新型智能温控预警系统,以IoT智能物联的方式替代人工监测,实现了关键设备温度的采集,数据经由串口发送给EC200S-CN模块,通过4G网络,EC200S-CN按照MQTT协议将数据发送到亚马逊服务器,用户不仅可以通过手机终端实时查看不同设备的温度,还可以在设备温度超出阈值时收到即时预警信息,以便及时更换或者维修设备,加强设备的安全保障。 With the development of the Internet of Things,users put forward higher requirements for the temperature of key equipment,on the one hand,it is necessary to know the temperature of the equipment in real time,and on the other hand.It is essential to give a timely warning to the situation of exceeding the threshold to avoid equipment damage and property loss.A new intelligent temperature control early warning system is designed aiming at the time-consuming and labor-intensive problem of traditional manual monitoring methods,which can replace manual monitoring with intelligent IoT and collect the temperature of key equipment in real time.The data collected is sent to the EC200S-CN module through the serial port,and with the help of 4G network,the data is sent to the Amazon server by the EC200S-CN according to the MQTT protocol.Users can not only check the temperature of different devices in real time through the mobile terminal,but also receive instant warning information when the device temperature exceeds the threshold.
