基于分级梯度算法的切丝流量闭环控制

摘要 近年来,随着柔性化加工和精细化加工的要求越来越高,各卷烟厂对制丝线的控制要求也越来越高。切丝机作为制丝线的核心设备,连续、稳定的生产要求也被频繁提及,甚至有工艺部门提出了“一刀切”的概念。但当前绝大部分制丝线上,切丝段流量控制采用的是人工控制,切丝工凭经验调整缓冲柜底带速度系数和切丝机刀盘(刀辊)转速,无法满足工艺部门的要求。通过在丝缓冲柜上加装激光测距仪作为控制的反馈信号,采用分级梯度算法计算叶缓冲柜底带速度,实现了切丝段流量闭环控制,保证了在切丝机稳定转速的情况下,丝缓冲柜烟丝存量保持在一个合理控制点左右,达到了让切丝机不停或者尽量少停机的目的。 In recent years,with the requirements of flexible processing and fine processing are getting higher and higher,the control requirements for silk process line are also getting higher and higher in each cigarette factory.As the core equipment,continuous and stable production requirements of cutting machine have also been frequently mentioned.There is even a process department put forward the concept of"one size fits all".But most of the current silk process line.The tobacco cutting flow is controlled manual.The cutter adjusts the speed coefficient of the bottom belt of buffer cabinet and the cutter speed of cutting machine.This cannot meet the requirements of the process department.In this paper,a laser range finder is installed on the silk buffer cabinet as the feedback signal of control.The speed of the bottom band of the leaf buffer cabinet is calculated by the hierarchical gradient algorithm.The closed-loop control of the tobacco cutting flow is realized,it ensure that the stock of tobacco in the buffer cabinet is kept at a reasonable control point in the case of stable speed of the cutting machine.Achieve the purpose of making the cutting machine stop or stop as little as possible.
