摘要
往复式单作用泵设计中采用自重球阀方案时,阀座孔直径dk、球体直径df、球体升程hmax这3个主参数的最优化设计关系到泵的寿命和容积效率,需要根据理论公式同时兼顾实际使用效果,通过多方案对比实验及长期工况实验的方法,选择合适的方案组。设计中关阀速度[vf]与滞后角度[β]分别对阀座孔直径dk作用效果正好相反,选型时需要强调主要矛盾,对次要矛盾可通过调整泵的主要结构参数(n、S、D)来达到矛盾的统一。
When the self-weight ball valve scheme is adopted in the design of reciprocating single-acting pump,the optimal design of three main parameters,namely,seat hole diameter dk,sphere diameter df and sphere lift hmax,is related to the life and volume efficiency of the pump,so it is necessary to take into account the actual use effect at the same time according to the theoretical formula.Through the methods of multi-scheme contrast experiment and long-term working condition experiment,the appropriate scheme group is selected.In the design,the valve closing speed[vf]and the lag angle[β]have opposite effects on the diameter of the valve seat hole,respectively.The principal contradiction should be emphasized in type selection,and the secondary contradiction can be unified by adjusting the main structural parameters(n,S,and D)of the pump.
