一种人事招聘信息展示装置设计

招聘是医院人力资源管理的重要工作之一。人力资源管理人员经常要到招聘会进行现场招聘,在招聘会上通过展示架对招聘信息进行展示能够起到良好的宣传作用。但现有的展示架调整不灵活,也无法很好地把招聘布或海报的高度调整到合适的位置,招聘布或海报过低或过高均不便于应聘者观看。针对这个问题,该设计提供一种人事招聘信息展示装置,其主要包括座板、2个滑杆、滑杆锁紧机构、顶梁、上夹紧框、上夹紧螺柱、下夹紧框及下夹紧螺柱。该设计的上夹紧框和下夹紧框均能改变高度,从而不仅能够根据招聘布或海报的长度来调节上下夹紧框的距离,还能够整体改变招聘布或海报的悬挂高度,以便于应聘者观看,提高招聘效率。

Recruitment is one of the important tasks in hospital human resource management.Human resources managers often go to job fairs for on-site recruitment,and the display of recruitment information through display shelves at job fairs can play a good publicity role.However,the existing display shelf adjustment is not flexible,and can not well adjust the height of the recruitment cloth or poster to the appropriate position,recruitment cloth or poster is too low or too high is not easy for candidates to watch.In order to solve this problem,the design provides a personnel recruitment information display device,which mainly includes a seat plate,two sliders,a slide bar locking mechanism,a top beam,an upper clamping frame,an upper clamping stud,a lower clamping frame and a lower clamping stud.Both the upper clamping frame and the lower clamping frame of the design can change the height,so that not only the distance between the upper and lower clamping frames can be adjusted according to the length of the recruitment cloth or poster,but also the hanging height of the recruitment cloth or poster can be changed as a whole,so as to facilitate the viewing of candidates and improve the efficiency of recruitment.
