废弃烟草专卖品处置监管系统设计与实现

为解决烟草生产制造企业废弃烟草专卖品处置监管难度大、效率低的问题,该文通过对监管工作重点和业务流程进行分析调研,设计并实现废弃烟草专卖品处置监管系统。系统采用前后端分离和组件模式进行开发,前端利用Vue.js框架技术,后端采用.NET Core框架设计,系统内部接口采用WebAPI接口提供,外部接口通过Restful方式以HTTP协议开放,数据库采用MySQL数据库。系统包括过程记录、过程监管、设备报废、日常检查和统计报表等功能。系统开发完成后在某烟草生产企业进行测试验证,经过测试验证,系统实现对烟草生产企业废弃烟草专卖品产生、毁形、移交、处置全过程的数据监管,同时利用视频监控、轨迹跟踪等技术实现处置过程可视化集中监管,提升了废弃烟草专卖品的处置质量与监管效率。

In order to solve the problems of difficulty and low efficiency in the disposal and supervision of abandoned tobacco monopoly products in tobacco production and manufacturing enterprises,a system of disposal and supervision of abandoned tobacco monopoly products was designed and implemented through the analysis and investigation of the focus of supervision work and business process.The system uses the front and rear end separation and component mode to develop,the front end uses Vue.js framework technology,the rear end uses.NET Core framework design,the internal interface of the system is provided by WebAPI interface,the external interface is opened by HTTP protocol through Restful mode,and the database is MySQL database.The system includes process record,process supervision,equipment scrap,daily inspection and statistical report and other functions.After the system was developed,it was tested and verified in a tobacco production enterprise.Through the test and verification,the system realized the data supervision of the whole process of the generation,destruction,transfer and disposal of abandoned tobacco monopoly products in tobacco production enterprises.Meanwhile,video surveillance,trajectory tracking and other technologies were used to realize the visualization and centralized supervision of the disposal process,which improved the disposal quality and supervision efficiency of abandoned tobacco monopoly products.
