摘要
城市已建成的污水处理厂普遍存在提高排放标准要求迫切、无法重新征地扩建及提标改造时不能停产等现实状况。以沧州市运东污水处理厂为例,采用BBR工艺提高污泥负荷及容积负荷,高效利用原有生化池池容,同时利用BIM技术实现BBR设备模块化设计及安装,探索二者耦合应用的工作流程,较好解决提标改造项目的共性问题,以供同行业参考。
There are many existing problems in urban sewage treatment plants,such as the urgent need to improve the discharge standard,the inability to re-acquire and expand,and the inability to stop production when upgrading the standard.Taking Cangzhou Yundong Sewage Treatment Plant as an example,the BBR process has been used to increase the sludge load and volume load,and the original biochemical tank capacity has been efficiently utilized,at the same time,the modular design and installation of BBR equipment are realized by using BIM technology,the work flow of the coupling application of the two has been explored,and the common problems of the upgrading and upgrading projects have been well solved for the reference of the same industry.
