摘要
为研究海河流域水体中有色可溶性有机物,采集海河流域典型水库水体中表层样品,利用高通量筛查技术,基于与CDOM(440)检测值相关分析和理化性质分析,识别研究区与水色特征相关的有色可溶性有机物。经实验室内验证筛选出避蚊胺、十四烷酸、十八烷酸及叔丁基苯醌4类化合物与CDOM的关联关系;再经实际样品验证,判别避蚊胺或是该研究区域影响水色遥感的一种重要可溶性有机物。
In order to study the chromophoric dissolved organic matter in the water body of Haihe River Basin,surface water samples of typical reservoirs in Haihe River Basin were collected.The chromophoric dissolved organic matter related to the water color characteristics in the study area was identified by high-throughput screening technology,based on the correlation analysis with CDOM(440)detection values and physicochemical property analysis.The correlation of four kinds of compounds including DEET,tetradecanoic acid,octadecanoic acid and tert-butylbenzoquinone was screened out by laboratory verification.It is shown by actual sample verification that DEET is an important CDOM affecting the water color remote sensing in this study area.
