新工科背景下城市轨道工程专业的改革探索

Reform and Exploration of Urban Railway Engineering Specialty under the Background of“Emerging Engineering Education”

随着城市轨道交通行业的快速发展,社会对行业人才培养质量有了更高的要求。在新工科背景下,高校对相关专业进行教育改革是顺应时代的发展及社会的需求。城市轨道交通作为交通运输领域内的一个重要分支,应该抓住机遇,建立符合新时代要求的城市轨道工程专业,为社会培养出创新型的专业技术人才,为我国城市轨道交通发展贡献力量。结合城市轨道工程专业特点,从培养目标、课程体系、教学模式改革、考核及持续改进机制等方面探讨了城市轨道工程专业建设的方向。

With the rapid development of urban railway transit industry,higher requirements are put forward for improving the quality of talent training.Under the background of“3E”,the educational reform of related majors in colleges and universities conforms to the development of the times and the needs of the society.As an important branch in the field of transportation,urban railway engineering should seize the current opportunity to establish new type of rail engineering major to meet the requirements of the new era.This innovative reform can cultivate innovative professional and technical talents for the society,and make contribution to the development of urban railway transit in China.Based on the characteristics of urban railway engineering specialty,this paper discusses the direction of urban rail engineering specialty construction from the aspects of training objectives,the curriculum system,the teaching mode reform,the teaching assessment and the continuous improvement mechanism.
