摘要 以案例导入式教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)为基础的教学模式是我国目前住院医师规范化培训教育改革的主要方向之一,翻转课堂是信息技术和互联网时代实现高效学习的一种方式,二者有机结合应用于超声医学专业学位研究生住院医师规范化培训实践并全面规范带教管理,有助于明确研究生在规培带教过程中的主体地位,将理论课程讲授与模拟操作培训有机融合,对提升专业学位研究生超声实践课程的岗位胜任力和临床思维能力具有重要的实践意义。 The teaching model based on case-based learning(CBL)is one of the main directions of the reform of standardized training and education for residents in China.Flipped classroom is a way to achieve efficient learning in the age of information technology.The organic combination of the two teaching methods is applied to the standardized training practice of graduate residents in the ultrasonic medicine major and comprehensively standardized teaching management.It is helpful to clarify the dominant role of graduate students in the process of standardized training,and to organically integrate theoretical teaching with simulation operation training,which has important practical significance for improving graduates’post competency and clinical thinking ability in ultrasonic practice courses.
