新工科视域下创新复合型人才培养体系研究

Research on the Innovative Compound Talent Cultivation System from the Perspective of Emerging Engineering Education

创新复合型人才培养体系改革措施,在西安工业大学电子信息工程学院电信工程专业的实施效果已经初步显现,要从新时代人才培养和新工科建设需求出发,依靠强大的交叉学科课程和实践建设平台,厘清创新复合人才培养目标,建设学科交叉融合的模块化课程体系和实践基地,营造新工科创新氛围,采用国内外视角及举措培养人才。

The implementation of the reform measures of the innovative compound talent cultivation in the telecommunications engineering major at the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at Xi’an University of Technology has achieved certain effects.It is necessary to start from the needs of talent training and the Emerging Engineering construction,rely on the strong interdisciplinary course and practice construction platform,clarify the training objectives of innovative compound talents,and build a modular curriculum system and practice base of the interdisciplinary integration,creating the innovation atmosphere of Emerging Engineering Education.Moreover,the domestic and foreign perspectives and measures are used to train the innovative compound talents.
