Influence of Network Broadcast on College Students’Entrepreneurship and Career Choice and Its Coping Strategies

大学生创业择业是高等教育的重要环节,关系到高校践行为党育人、为国育才的重要使命,也关系着大学生的切身利益和社会的持续稳定。基于网络直播形式、内容、效果对当代大学生创业择业的影响,提出要从“规范平台监管运行,打造有序管理生态;完善相关法律法规,引导社会舆论生态;推动媒体融合发展,培育媒介传播生态;强化高校思政教育,构建协同育人生态”四个方面,利用现代信息技术拓宽创业就业平台,树立健康、科学的创业择业理念,有效提升学生创业就业质量,深化高校思想政治教育水平。

College students’entrepreneurship and the career choice are an important part of higher education,which is related to the implementation of the mission of educating talents for the Party and the country,as well as the vital interests of college students and the sustainable stability of society.Based on the influence of the form,the content and the effect of network broadcast on the entrepreneurship and the career choice of contemporary college students,this paper proposes to standardize the supervision and operation of the platforms,create an orderly management ecology,improve related laws and regulations to guide the public opinions,promote the integrated development of media and cultivate the ecology of media communication,strengthen ideological and political education in colleges and universities to build collaborative education ecology.By using modern information technology media to broaden the platforms for students’entrepreneurship and employment and shaping healthy and scientific concepts of entrepreneurship and employment,we can effectively improve the quality of students’entrepreneurship and employment,as well as the level of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
