国内民宿发展三十年研究综述——基于CiteSpace软件的可视化分析

Review of researches on B&B development in China in the past thirty years-Based on CiteSpace visualization analysis

中国民宿业走过了近三十年的历程,经历了从无到有、从稚嫩到成熟,现已成为特色旅游吸引物和助推乡村振兴的重要抓手.为推动民宿研究理论的发展,运用CiteSpace软件把中国知网近三十年来民宿领域的相关文献作为数据来源进行检索,从年度发文量、研究力量、关键词三个方面入手,梳理了我国民宿领域的研究现状.研究结果表明:民宿研究领域的发文量逐年上升,受到众多学者的关注;研究作者和机构之间联系不够紧密,多为个体研究;研究热点体现在乡村振兴、乡村旅游及文旅融合三方面.当前民宿领域的研究主要体现在基础理论、影响因素、发展现状、开发模式四个重点领域,未来应从研究力量合作化、研究内容多元化、民宿理论实践化等方面进行改进.在乡村振兴背景下,应打造多元化产品体系,特色化、规范化经营,大力发展绿色民宿,保证农民主体地位,促进乡村民宿业高质量发展.

China’s B&B industry has gone through the course of nearly 30 years,experienced from scratch,from immature to mature,and now has become a feature tourism attraction and an important starting point to boost rural revitalization.In order to further promote the development of B&B research theory.In this paper,CiteSpace software was used to retrieve the relevant literature in the field of B&B research of CNKI in the past 30 years from three aspects:annual publication volume,research strength and keywords.The research results show that the number of articles published in the field of B&B is increasing year by year and the B&B research has become the focus of many scholars.The relationship between research authors and institutions is not close enough.Research hot pots are mainly reflected in three aspects:rural revitalization,rural tourism and cultural and tourism integration.The main research contents in the field of B&B are summarized in four key areas:the basic theory,the influencing factors,the development status and the development mode.In the future,we should improve the cooperation of research force,diversification of research content and practice of B&B theory.Under the background of rural revitalization,it is necessary to build a diversified product system,specialize and standardize management,vigorously developing green B&B,and the dominant position of farmers to promote the high-quality development of B&B.
