农作物秸秆在食用菌栽培中的综合应用技术 被引量:2

摘要 农业是社会稳定和生态健康的基础,新时期世界人口增长迅速,对粮食和食品需求量与日俱增,这对农业的科学现代化发展提出更高的要求。农作物秸秆是农作物收割后留下的产物。经过新技术的辅助,农作物秸秆成为重要资源,具有极高的回收利用价值。食用菌栽培技术借此发展,是农作物秸秆的绿色处理利用途径之一。食用菌营养价值丰富,深受消费者喜爱,具有经济价值,市场前景良好。将二者相结合,既能有效保护生态环境又可以为食用菌培养提供创新。该文优先阐述农作物秸秆在我国的应用现状,探究农作物秸秆在食用菌栽培中的综合应用技术,说明农作物秸秆栽培食用菌的优势和意义,以供相关人员参考。 Agriculture is the foundation of social stability and ecological health.In the new era,the world population is growing rapidly,and the demand for food and food is increasing day by day.The scientific modernization of agriculture has put forward higher requirements.Crop straw is the product of crop harvest.With the help of new technology,crop straw has become an important resource with high recycling value.The development of edible fungus cultivation technology is one of the ways of green treatment and utilization of crop straw.Edible fungi have rich nutritional value,with economic value and good market prospects,thereby deeply favored by consumers.Combining the two can not only effectively protect the ecological environment but also provide innovation for the cultivation of edible fungi.This paper gives priority to the application status of crop straw in China,explores the comprehensive application technology of crop straw in the cultivation of edible fungi,and explains the advantages and significance of crop straw cultivation of edible fungi for the reference of relevant personnel.
