乡村数字治理:意义、挑战与路径

乡村数字治理作为数字乡村建设的重要内容之一,对推进乡村治理现代化、激发乡村振兴内生动力、加强乡村共同体建设和促进乡村“三治”融合具有重要意义。然而,目前在推进乡村数字治理过程中仍存在乡村数字治理技术人才紧缺、多元主体协同参与有限、数字治理平台建设不完善以及数字治理嵌入乡土社会的不适配等问题。因此,在推进乡村数字治理过程中需要通过加强人才培育、整合多方力量、优化数字平台建设以及构建良好治理环境等手段加以解决,从而真正促进乡村数字治理实现提升治理效能与提高村民幸福感、获得感和安全感的目标。

As one of the important contents of digital village construction,rural digital governance is important to promote the modernization of rural governance,stimulate the endogenous momentum of rural revitalization,strengthen the construction of rural community and promote the integration of rural"three governance".However,in the process of promoting rural digital governance,there are still problems such as shortage of technical talents in rural digital governance,limited participation of multiple subjects,imperfect construction of digital governance platform and mismatch of digital governance embedded in rural society.Therefore,in the process of promoting rural digital governance,it is necessary to solve the problems by strengthening the cultivation of talents,integrating multiple forces,optimizing the construction of digital platforms and building a good governance environment,so as to truly promote rural digital governance to achieve the goals of improving governance effectiveness and enhancing villagers'sense of well-being,access and security.
