生态文明导向下南阳市农村人居环境治理存在问题与对策研究

我国垃圾总量增加、垃圾构成复杂多样,垃圾分类模式相对单一且垃圾分布存在地区差异性。从垃圾分类入手改善农村人居环境,符合绿色发展理念,对推动生态建设、乡村振兴具有重要意义。南阳作为农业大市,在生活垃圾治理方面存在村民环保意识薄弱、基础设施不完善、资金投入不足以及相关环保制度不健全等问题,基于此,从增强村民环保意识,完善基础设施建设,做好宣传教育工作,扩宽资金来源渠道以及健全垃圾分类体制机制建设方面提出相关的对策建议。

In China,the total amount of garbage is increasing,the composition of garbage is complex and diverse,the mode of garbage classification is relatively simple,and there are regional differences in garbage distribution.Starting from the classification of garbage to improve the rural living environment is in line with the concept of green development and is of great significance to promote ecological construction and Rural Revitalization.As a major agricultural city,Nanyang has some difficulties in the treatment of domestic waste,such as weak awareness of environmental protection,imperfect infrastructure,insufficient capital investment and imperfect relevant environmental protection system.Thus,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions from strengthening villagers'awareness of environmental protection,improving infrastructure construction,enhancing publicity and education,and broadening the sources of funds to improving the construction of garbage classification system and mechanism.
