地方应用型本科高校农科专业学风建设长效机制探究——以安徽科技学院为例

摘要 学风建设是每所高校常抓不懈的基础性工作。农科专业是培养农业人才的重要阵地,完善农科专业学风建设的长效机制对于农科人才培养质量的提高、学生的成长成才都有十分重要的意义。基于此,在“三全育人”的背景下,对于农科专业学风建设中存在的问题,有针对性地提出建立全程化的教育引导、打造全员参与的合力育人模式、建立健全全方位的激励约束机制等举措。通过构建学风建设长效机制,切实为培育优良学风、弘扬良好班风校风、培育高质量人才提供强有力支撑。 The construction of learning style is the basic work of every university.Agricultural specialty is an important position to train agricultural talents.It is of great significance to improve the quality of agricultural talents training and the growth of students to improve the long-term mechanism of the construction of agricultural specialty learning style.Based on this,in the context of"Three-Whole Education",as for the problems in the construction of the learning style of agricultural science specialty,targeted measures such as the establishment of whole-process education guidance,the creation of joint education mode of full participation,and the establishment of comprehensive incentive and restraint mechanism are put forward.By establishing a long-term mechanism for the construction of learning style,we can provide strong support for cultivating excellent learning style,carrying forward good class style and school style,and cultivating high-quality talents.
