新时代整顿提升软弱涣散村党组织的路径探索

治国安邦,重在基础;管党治党,重在基层。软弱涣散村党组织作为基层党组织建设的薄弱短板,具有顽固性、动态性,决定其整顿工作是一项系统性、持续性的系统工程。为此,要对标对表党的二十大关于基层党组织建设的新要求新部署,始终坚持问题导向,将增强其政治功能和组织功能作为重要任务,整合资源、合力攻坚,聚焦打好“六项组合拳”,标本兼治、抓深抓细,有力推进软弱涣散村党组织整改提高、晋位升级,夯实战斗堡垒,在重塑中焕发新活力,为全面推进乡村振兴提供坚强的组织保证。

The key to governing a country is to lay stress on the foundation,and the key to governing the Party is to lay stress on the grass-roots level.The weakness and laxity of a village Party organization,as the weak point of the construction of the grass-roots Party organization,is obstinate and dynamic,which indicates that its rectification work is a systematic and continuous systems engineering.Thus,we must make new arrangements for the new requirements of the 20th Party congress on the construction of grass-roots Party organizations,always adhere to the problem-oriented approach,regard the enhancement of their political and organizational functions as an important task,and integrate resources and work together to tackle the tough problems;we should focus on tackling both the symptoms and the root causes,pay close attention to the symptoms and root causes,effectively promote the rectification and improvement of the Party organizations in weak and lax villages,promote promotion and upgrading,consolidate the fighting fortress,and coruscate new vitality in the reshaping.All this will provide strong organizational guarantee for promoting Rural Revitalization in an all-round way.
