动力煤选煤厂3 mm筛分与重介浅槽分选工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步提高块煤的入选比例,增加块精煤产率并提高经济效益,以内蒙古伊泰集团有限公司塔拉壕选煤厂块煤3 mm脱泥筛为例,研究了其运动学特性、筛分效果以及重介浅槽分选机各粒级的分选效果。研究结果表明,3 mm脱泥筛筛板加速度略高于筛体加速度,其在垂直于筛板方向的加速度与垂直于筛体方向的加速度相比提高了20.69%;3 mm脱泥筛的筛分效率达83.38%,煤泥脱除率为88.93%。重介浅槽分选机中各粒级物料的实际分选密度和可能性偏差随粒级的减小而增加,重介浅槽分选机对于细粒级物料的分选效果比粗粒级差,块煤在重介浅槽分选机中的实际分选密度为1.523 g/cm^(3),可能性偏差为0.0415 g/cm^(3)。 In order to further increase the selected proportion of lump coal and yield of lump clean coal and improve economic benefits,taking 3 mm desliming screen for lump coal in Talahao coal preparation plant of Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,the kinematics characteristics and screening performance of desliming screen and separation performance of each particle size of heavy medium shallow tank separator are studied.The results showed that the acceleration of 3 mm desliming screen plate was little higher than that of screen body,and the acceleration perpendicular to screen plate was 20.69%higher than the acceleration perpendicular to the screen body.The screening efficiency of 3 mm desliming screen was 83.38%,and the coal slime removal rate was 88.93%.The actual separation density and probable error of each particle size in the heavy medium shallow tank separator increased with the decrease of particle size.The separation performance of heavy medium shallow tank separator for fine particle size was worse than that of coarse particle size.The actual separation density of lump coal in the heavy medium shallow tank separator was 1.523 g/cm^(3),and the probable error was 0.0415 g/cm^(3).
