Activating primary-level Party organizations and strengthening their organization strength is a major issue related to the overall leadership of the CPC to govern and rejuvenate the country.In different historical periods,the Party has focused on providing basis and support for completing main historical tasks by improving the strength of primary-level Party organizations.Over the past one hundred years,the Party has accumulated rich experiences in improving the strength of primary-level Party organizations.Summarizing these experiences and practices,especially refining the important experiences of strengthening the selfconstruction of primary-level Party organizations,adhering to the views of the mass,doing a good job in mass work,and giving play to the role of primary-level Party organizations as a battleground,has important reference value for improving the strength of primary-level Party organizations in the new era and giving better play to the organization advantages of the Party.
