摘要
行动学习法是一种有效推动学以致用的培训方法。行动学习法在中国干部教育培训中的探索运用经历了了解研究、试点运用、依托中外合作项目运用、独立运用、本土创新发展等主要阶段,在问题解决、人才培养、组织能力建设和学习培训模式创新方面产生了积极成效。应进一步总结行动学习法运用经验,紧密结合新时代干部教育培训发展实际,不断深化对干部教育培训的规律性认识,提升干部教育培训科学化水平,确保全党大学习、干部大培训切实发挥应有的作用。
Action learning approach is an effective training approach to promote the application of knowledge.Its application in Chinese leadership education and training has gone through the main stages of understanding,pilot application,application relying on international cooperation projects,independent application,local innovation and development,which has produced positive results in solving problems,personnel training,organizational capacity building,and innovation of learning and training mode.We should further summarize the application experience of action learning approach,closely combine it with the actual development of leadership education and training in the new era,constantly deepen the understanding of the laws of leadership education and training,improve the scientific level of leadership education and training,and ensure its due role to be played in the study and training for all Party members and leaders.
