玉米倒角刀具的设计特点及在大型发电设备制造中的应用

摘要 为了改变目前大型核电汽轮机、火电汽轮机、重型燃气轮机静子零部件大尺寸倒角和斜面加工精度差、加工效率低的现状,研制了玉米倒角刀具。本文重点介绍了玉米倒角铣刀和联接刀柄的结构及设计特点,并成功将其用于加工过程,很好保证了加工质量,大幅提高了加工效率,实现了技术先进、经济效益显著的既定目标。 In order to change the present situation of large size chamfering and bevel machining precision and low efficiency lf stator components of large nuclear power turbine,thermal turbine and heavy gas turbine,corn chamfering tool was developed.This paper mainly introduces the structure and design characteristics of corn chamfering milling cutter and connecting shank,and successfully use it in the processing process,which ensures the processing quality,greatly improves the processing efficiency,and achieves the established goal of advanced technology and remarkable economic benefits.
