Chemical constituents of n-butanol fraction from Dioscorea bulbifera

目的:研究黄药子正丁醇部位化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱、制备液相色谱等方法对黄药子正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,运用波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从黄药子正丁醇部位分离得到15个化合物,依次为8-表黄独素E-乙酸酯(1)、黄独素B(2)、黄独素F(3)、3,5,3'-三甲氧基槲皮素(4)、5,6,7-三甲氧基黄酮(5)、5,7,8-三甲氧基二氢黄酮(6)、5-羟基-7,8,2',5'-四甲氧基黄酮(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、熊果醇(9)、薯蓣皂苷元(10)、3,7-二羟基-2,4-二甲氧基-9,10-二氢菲(11)、3,7-二羟基-2,4-二甲氧基菲(12)、肉桂酸(13)、香草酸(14)、3,4-O-异亚丙基莽草酸(15)。结论:首次从该植物中分离得到化合物5~7、9、13、15。

Objective:To study chemical constituents of n-butanol part of the Dioscorea bulbifera.M ethods:The n-butanol part of Dioscorea bulbifera was separated and purified by silica gel,gel column chromatography,and preparative liquid chromatography,and the structure of the compound was identified by spectroscopic data.Results:15 compounds was isolated from the extraction site of n-butanol from Dioscorea bulbifera.These compounds were listed as follows,8-epidiosbulbin E acetate(1),diosbulbin B(2),diosbulbin F(3),3,5,3′-trimethoxyquercetin(4),5,6,7-trimethoxy(5),5,7,8-trimethoxydihydroflavone(6),5-hydroxy-7,8,2′,5-tetramethoxyflavone(7),β-sitosterol(8),uvaol(9),diosgenin(10),3,7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene(11),3,7-dihydroxy-2,4-dimethoxy phenanthrene(12),cinnamic acid(13),vanillic acid(14),3,4-O-isopropylidenyl shikimic acid(15).Conclusion:Compounds 5,6,7,9,13,15 were isolated for the first time from the plant.
