郑州米字型高铁对中原城市群新型城镇化高质量发展的影响与作用机制

The Influence and Mechanism of Zhengzhou“Star-type”High Speed Railway on the High-Quality Development of New Urbanization in Central Plains Urban Agglomeration

为了探究高铁对新型城镇化的影响,以中原城市群为例,基于中原28个城市2006-2020年的面板数据,运用多期双重差分模型和中介效应模型,测度和揭示以郑州为中心的米字型高铁对中原城市群新型城镇化高质量发展的影响及其作用机制。研究表明,郑州米字型高铁对中原城市群新型城镇化高质量发展具有促进作用;郑州米字型高铁对中原城市群不同区域城市新型城镇化高质量发展具有异质性影响;郑州米字型高铁可以通过人才集聚、产业集聚、产业升级这三种作用机制促进中原城市群新型城镇化高质量发展。最后基于实证研究结论,提出必须全面完善郑州米字型高铁网络,打造中原城市群高铁枢纽经济新高地,不断优化城市专业分工及产业空间结构,充分发挥高铁对产业升级和其他方面的影响带动作用,推动中原城市群新型城镇化高质量发展迈上新台阶等政策建议。

In order to explore the impact of high-speed rail on new urbanization,this paper takes the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration as an example,based on the panel data of 28 cities in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration from 2006 to 2020,and uses the multi-period double difference model and the intermediary effect model to measure and reveal the impact and mechanism of Zhengzhou“Star-type”high-speed railway on the high-quality development of new urbanization of the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration and its mechanism.The research shows that Zhengzhou“Star-type”high-speed railway can promote the high-quality development of new urbanization of the Central Plains urban agglomeration.It has a heterogeneous impact on the high-quality development of new urbanization in different regions of the Central Plains urban agglomeration.The railway can promote the high-quality development of new urbanization of the Central Plains urban agglomeration through the three mechanisms of talent gathering,industrial gathering and industrial upgrading.Finally,based on the empirical research conclusions,some political and policy suggestions are put forward,such as comprehensively improving the Zhengzhou“Star-type”high-speed rail network,building a new economic highland of the high-speed rail hub of the Central Plains urban agglomeration,continuously optimizing the urban professional division of labor and industrial spatial structure,giving full play to the driving role of high-speed rail in industrial upgrading and other aspects,and promoting the high-quality development of the new urbanization of the Central Plains urban agglomeration to a new level.
