满足负荷特性的固体蓄热电锅炉功率分配设计研究

摘要 通过构建负荷延续曲线数学模型,拟合负荷特性曲线,经分析负荷特性曲线,对固体蓄热电锅炉的加热功率进行合理的分配设计,即基本加热元件布置在蓄热体的四周,调峰加热元件布置在蓄热体的中央,在保证蓄热体加热、蓄热均匀性的同时,提高了电锅炉的换热效率,节省了运行费用。 In this thesis,through constructing the mathematical model of load continuation curve and fitting the load characteristic curve,the heating power of the solid storage electric boiler is reasonably allocated by analyzing the load characteristic curve.The basic heating elements are arranged around the heat storage body and the peaking heating elements are arranged in the center of the heat storage body,which improves the heat transfer efficiency of the electric boiler and saves the operation cost while ensuring the heating and heat storage uniformity of the heat storage body.
