基于BIM与RFID技术的装配式建筑全过程成本管控探究 被引量:2

摘要 为加快推进我国新型建筑工业化,推动城乡建设绿色高质量发展,我国正全力推动装配式建筑落地应用,但装配式建筑成本过高仍然是制约其发展的重要因素之一。通过对装配式建筑全过程成本分析,确定装配式建筑成本控制重难点,将BIM技术与RFID技术相结合从装配式建筑预制构件设计、生产、运输仓储、施工安装这四个阶段分别进行应用分析以实现成本管控。 In order to accelerate the industrialization of new buildings in China and promote the green and high-quality development of urban and rural construction,China is making every effort to promote the application of prefabricated buildings.However,the high cost of prefabricated buildings is still one of the important factors restricting its development.Through the cost analysis of the whole process of prefabricated buildings,the key and difficult points of cost control of prefabricated buildings are determined.By combining BIM technology and RFID technology,application analysis are conducted from the four stages of prefabricated building design,production,transportation and storage,construction and installation,so as to achieve cost control.
