摘要
架空索道是以缆索承重和缆索传动为主体的搬运通道。对比其他的搬运方式,架空索道可以更好的适应自然地形,有较好的爬坡能力,运行安全可靠,投资少,得到了越来越多的应用。随着我国经济的快速发展和旅游业的大力发展,架空索道在我国愈发的受到重视。在架空索道尤其是货运索道中,抱索器是连接缆车和索道的技术核心部件,它的结构性能反映了索道的自动化水平。结合图纸建立重力式抱索器的三维模型,研究其运动特点和结构特征,并应用abaqus有限元分析软件对重力抱索器设定不同的单元类型来进行静力强度仿真,将两个仿真分析结果对比,进而得到了一些具有实用价值的结论。
The aerial ropeway is a transport channel with cable bearing and cable transmission as the main body.Compared with other transportation methods,aerial ropeway can better adapt to the natural terrain,has a better climbing ability,safe and reliable operation,less investment,has been more and more applications.With the rapid development of China’s economy and tourism,aerial ropeway has attracted more and more attention in China.In the aerial ropeway,especially in the freight ropeway,the cable holder is the technical core component connecting the cable car and the ropeway.Its structural performance reflects the automation level of the ropeway.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of gravity cable holder is established based on the drawings,and its motion characteristics and structure characteristics are studied.And the finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the static strength of the gravity cable holder by setting different unit types,and the results of the two simulation analysis were compared,and then some conclusions with practical value were obtained.
