新型同步双液注浆技术在小直径盾构隧道施工中的应用

摘要 结合南京地铁盾构施工项目,重点论述同步双液注浆技术在盾构施工中的实际应用。同步双液注浆技术涉及盾构机局部改造、地面注浆站改造、双液浆制作及质量检验等关键技术。盾构机改造需解决盾构机壳体厚度小不能满足注浆孔安装的问题。地面注浆站改造需重点考虑其运营能力,设备数量及容量需满足工程最大需求。同时,配备精确的称量设备,通过最优配比,保证双液浆具备合格的初凝时间与较强的抗渗能力。 Combined with the shield construction project of Nanjing Metro,this paper focuses on the practical application of synchronous double-fluid grouting technology in shield construction.Synchronous double-liquid grouting technology involves key technologies such as local reconstruction of shield machine,reconstruction of ground grouting station,production of double-liquid slurry and quality inspection.The reconstruction of shield machine needs to solve the problem that the small thickness of shield machine shell cannot meet the requirements of grouting hole installation.The transformation of the ground grouting station should focus on its operation capacity,and the number and capacity of equipment should meet the maximum demand of the project.At the same time,accurate weighing equipment is equipped to ensure that the double liquid slurry has qualified initial setting time and strong impermeability through the optimal ratio.
