摘要
GC/MS检测油田土壤中半挥发性有机物的目的是了解油田土壤半挥发性有机物组成。采用实验研究分析方法,发现此次选中的油田作业区土壤不存在半挥发性有机物污染风险,均满足土壤质量标准要求,为油田土壤治理与油田作业区开采提供帮助。为检测油田土壤中11种半挥发性有机物,采用加压流体萃取法提取土壤样品中的半挥发性有机物,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行定性定量分析。该方法的检出限为0.01~0.2mg/kg,相对标准偏差为0.8%~4.9%,加标回收率为55%~129%,可为油田土壤改善及开采、收回工作提供依据。
The purpose of GC/MS detection of semi-volatile organic compounds in oil field soil is to understand the composition of semivolatile organic compounds in oil field soil.Through experimental research and analysis methods,it is found that the selected oil field operation area soil does not have the risk of semi-volatile organic compounds pollution,and all meet the requirements of soil quality standards,providing help for oil field soil treatment and oil field operation area exploitation.In order to detect 11 kinds of semi-volatile organic compounds in oil field soil,pressurized fluid extraction method was used to extract the semi-volatile organic compounds in soil samples,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis.The detection limit of this method is 0.01~0.2mg/kg,the relative standard deviation is 0.8%~4.9%,and the recovery rate is 55%~129%,It can provide a basis for oil field soil improvement,mining,and recovery work..
