“乡村振兴”战略背景下特色服务区建设探究——以高村溪服务区为案例

Construction of Characteristic Service Area under the Background of"Rural Revitalization"Strategy --Taking Gaocunxi service area as a case

“乡村振兴”是十九大以来党和政府大力推行的农业农村现代化,推进农村经济、政治建设的重要战略。高速服务区是跨省游客、司机停留积聚区,成为宣传展示地方风貌、销售地方特产的文化窗口。探讨在“乡村振兴”战略背景下,如何通过建设、运营高速特色服务区,以达到带动农村经济发展的目标。利用文献分析法和案例分析法,研究了国内外特色服务区的建设实践,并以高村溪服务区为例,对其建设经营理念进行了深入剖析。发现高村溪服务区的建设运营,在满足高速公路管理服务功能前提下,兼顾拓展经营,以优良的环境生态为基础,以地方农业特产、少数民族文化为主题,结合良好的自然景观,用新的业态形式吸引游客到来,以促进麻阳地区的经济发展。高村溪服务区是乡村振兴战略的有力实践,为其他服务区提供了借鉴和启示。

Since the 19th National Congress,the Party and the government have vigorously promoted the agricultural and rural modernization and promoted the rural economic and political construction.The high-speed service area is a gathering area for crossprovincial tourists and drivers to stay and become a cultural window for publicizing and displaying local style and selling local specialties.The purpose of this article is to explore the"rural revitalization"Under the strategic background,how to achieve the goal of driving the development of rural economy by building and operating high-speed characteristic service areas.By using the literature analysis method and case analysis method,this paper studies the construction practice of characteristic service areas at home and abroad,and takes Gaocunxi service area as an example to deeply analyze its construction and operation concept.It is found that the construction and operation of Gaocunxi service area,under the premise of meeting the highway management and service functions,takes into account the expansion.The exhibition operation is based on the excellent environmental ecology,local agricultural specialties,ethnic minority culture and cultural themes,combined with good natural landscape,and new business forms to attract tourists to promote the economic development of Mayang region.Gaocunxi service area is a powerful practice of the rural revitalization strategy,which provides reference and inspiration for other service areas.
