In order to improve the construction quality of road and bridge projects,the involvement of the project integration model can significantly improve the level of project supervision and project management,enable business elements to carry out internal circulation,and enrich the connotation of process business elements.This paper first analyzes the technical advantages of the integration of supervision and project management in the road and bridge project,then discusses the core content of the integration of supervision and project management in the road and bridge project,and gives the methods and analytical framework of strengthening quality control in the integration of supervision and project management,and finally discusses the methods of improving the integration of project supervision and project management.The research content of this paper aims to strengthen the project management elements of road and bridge engineering construction and comprehensively improve the overall quality of engineering construction.
