摘要 本文介绍了乙二醇溶液随着浓度、温度的变化,其各项性质对可吸收的热量和热量传导效率的影响。作为防冻液,需要保证其冰点尽可能地低,而乙二醇溶液的冰点、粘度会随着浓度的上升先降低后升高。其次,需要考虑到其换热量,乙二醇的换热效果与其密度、比热容直接相关,并且换热量的总量与密度和比热容的乘积相关。而乙二醇溶液的换热速度则与导热系数直接相关。因此本文将乙二醇溶液的各项性质和相关性质的乘积数值变化进行可视化处理。并以65质量分数浓度的乙二醇溶液为例,单独考虑同一浓度下,各项性质的变化。 The paper instructs the changes in ethylene glycol solution with changing concentration and temperature,the influence of its properties on the absorbed heat,and heat transfer efficiency.As antifreeze,the freezing point should be kept as low as possible,while,the freezing point and viscosity of ethylene glycol solution will decrease at first and increase with increasing concentration.Secondly,the amount of heat transfer should be considered,the effect of heat transfer is influenced by its density,heat capacity,and the product of density and heat capacity.The heat transfer rate of ethylene glycol solution is directly related to thermal conductivity.The paper visualizes the properties of the ethylene glycol solution and the product of related properties.Taking the 65 percent concentration solution as an example,the changes of various properties under the same concentration are considered.
