绿色除草剂苯唑氟草酮的创制及应用

Discovery and application of green herbicide fenpyrazone

苯唑氟草酮是一种高效、低毒绿色除草剂。介绍了苯唑氟草酮的理化性质、作用机理、创制路线、毒性、环境影响、药效研究结果和推广应用情况。研究表明:苯唑氟草酮为低毒农药且对环境安全,高效、杀草谱广、无致突变性、无致癌作用。在玉米、青玉米和秸秆中残留量均低于残留检测限,在土壤中易降解、水中易光解,对作物安全无药害,在田间药效试验剂量范围内对天敌和有益生物安全,对后茬作物安全。在推荐剂量下,可有效防除玉米田绝大多数一年生杂草。该除草剂为HPPD抑制剂,与烟嘧磺隆等ALS抑制剂无交互抗性,对马唐、稗草、牛筋草等常见禾本科杂草以及藜、苘麻、反枝苋等一年生阔叶杂草具优异的防除效果。

Fenpyrazone is a high-effective green herbicide with low toxicity.This paper introduces the physicochemical properties,mechanism of action,synthetic route,toxicity,environmental impacts,control efficacy and application of fenpyrazone in detail.The results show that fenpyrazone is a low toxic pesticide and safe to the environment,which is highly effective,with a wide herbicidal spectrum,non-mutagenic,and non-carcinogenic.The residues in corn,green corn and straw are all below the limit of residue detection.It can be easily degraded in soil and photolyzed in water.It is safe and has no phytotoxicity to crops.Within the dosage range of field efficacy test,it is safe to natural enemies and beneficial organisms and safe to succession crops.Most annual weeds in cornfields can be effectively controlled with the recommended dose.The herbicide is HPPD inhibitor and has no cross resistance to ALS inhibitors,such as nicosulfuron,and has excellent control effects on common grass weeds such as crabgrass,barnyard grass,and goosegrass,as well as annual broad-leaved weeds such as lambsquarters,abutilon and redroot pigweed.
